Welcome to Bamboo Dragon Films.
We are a group of five independent filmmakers based out of Moab, Utah, with business ties in Chicago, Illinois. All of us have one major thing in common, we love movies. We love watching them, talking about them, and most of all, making them. The years have passed and that hasn't changed. We went our separate ways after graduating high school in 2009, yet we still talk about ideas and projects we have on our minds. When we get together in our Summer or Winter breaks from college, it's like no time has passed at all. We're still the same five guys, ready and willing to start filming again.
Our inspiration often comes from nothing more than the interesting or random thoughts we have. This gives us the basis of an idea that we pitch to each other to see how the others like it. Sometimes even the smallest idea can grow and blossom into our favorite screenplay yet. The ideas are fluid, they keep changing, always morphing into something better. Each film is an improvement over its predecessor. That's what we aim for. Constant improvement, always bettering ourselves and the ideas we come up with. We love what we do and have no plans of stopping anytime soon.
